Programs
Little Kickers (Ages 4–5)
A six-week introduction to soccer for our youngest players. Sessions are forty-five minutes and combine simple skill games with small-sided scrimmages. There are no standings, no scores kept, and no travel.
Parents stay on the sideline and are welcome on the field for the first two weeks. Every player finishes the season with a ball and a participation medal.
Recreational Soccer (Ages 6–12)
Teams are formed by age group with balanced skill levels and a required minimum of fifty percent playing time for every player. One practice and one game per week, all within the community. Coaches are volunteer parents who complete background screening and required training.
Requests to place a player with a specific friend or coach are honored when possible but are not guaranteed. Roster balance comes first.
Recreational Soccer (Ages 13–19)
Older recreational divisions run on a lighter schedule that works around school sports and jobs. Games are on Sunday afternoons, and practices are once a week or on demand depending on the coach.
This division exists because we would rather a teenager keep playing casually than quit entirely when select is not the right fit.
Select / Competitive (Ages 9–18)
Select teams are formed by tryout and compete in regional league play against clubs in surrounding towns. Expect two to three practices a week, travel most weekends, and a season that runs longer on both ends.
Fees do not include uniforms, tournament entry beyond the league minimum, or travel costs. Talk to the Director of Select Programs before committing so you know what the full year looks like.
Academy Training
An eight-week technical training block for players who want more touches than a recreational practice provides but are not ready for select travel. Sessions focus on ball mastery, first touch, and one-versus-one play.
Academy runs alongside the regular season and can be added to a recreational registration. It does not replace it.
Adult Coed League
A casual seven-a-side league for adults, played Sunday evenings under the lights at the North Complex. Register as a full team or as an individual to be placed. Each roster must field a minimum of two women at all times.
This is a recreational league. The referees are certified, the standings are real, and the expectations for conduct are exactly the same as they are for the twelve-year-olds.
Summer Skills Camp
A four-day day camp run by the coaching staff for players ages seven through fourteen. Mornings cover technical work, afternoons are small-sided games. Campers are grouped by age and ability on the first morning.
Camp is open to players from outside the association. Bring lunch, sunscreen, and more water than you think you need.
On 22 April 2022, a world-record 91,648 fans packed Camp Nou to watch Barcelona beat Wolfsburg 5-1 in the Champions League semi-final. Barcelona had set the previous record themselves just three weeks earlier, with 91,553 against Real Madrid.
Carli Lloyd scored a hat-trick inside the first 16 minutes of the 2015 World Cup final — the third from just past the halfway line, with the goalkeeper caught off her line. It remains the fastest hat-trick in any World Cup final.
